Healing Souls Jewelry are delicate hand made pieces and should be treated with care. Please keep the jewelry in the cotton bag that they come in to avoid pieces scratching each other. It is also important to keep in a moisture-free environment to prevent tarnish. Clean the jewelry using the soft polishing cloth that we provide to remove tarnish and restore shine.
It is important to understand that all the stones that we use are natural and the pieces should not be submerged under water. Also, if you want your stones looking the same as they did the day you purchased, please avoid contact with chemicals found in hairsprays, lotions and perfumes. Make it a habit to put your jewelry on after you're done getting ready to prevent any damage.
