Policies

• All orders made from the HealingSouls.shop will be shipped within 2-3 days after processing. An automated email will be sent with your tracking number, for tracking purposes.

• Please be sure to provide the correct address. Customers are responsible for entering the correct address at the time of purchase. If an order is returned due to a incorrect address or if the order was not picked up, an additional shipping fee will be charged to ship to the correct address.

• Please remember that once the package is dropped at the post office we are not responsible for the handling or shipping speed of USPS.
•
• If your order is damaged, defective or wrong you must contact me within 5 days after the arrival of your package. If the package is wrong, please make sure the item is re-packed safely so it won't get damaged upon being returned. I suggest the return items to be sent with a tracking number. Customers who return the package without a tracking number, do so at their own risk. Items that are lost or damaged during return shipping are the customers responsibility.

• All sales are final. We don't accept returns or cancellations. Be sure to choose the right size for your ring or bracelet before completing your order. Please read the entire item description and view all photos before purchasing. If you don't know your size please contact us before any purchase. I’m always happy to answer questions and provide additional information.

• Gift Cards are not refundable for cash and the balances do not expire. Your gift card can be used only on merchandise through healingsouls.shop or in-person events. The name on the transactions must match the name on the Gift Card or the order will be immediately cancelled.

• And of course we provide repairs on certain pieces. Replacement gemstones or missing parts of a piece will be charged at cost. Please contact us for more information.
